Itinerary and price
Day 1:Chengdu - Lhasa
Depart from Chengdu, meet at a designated location (0600AM), and transfer to Chengdu Shuangliu airport. Arrive at Lhasa Gonggar airport which is about 3650 meters high, drive to Lhasa urban, en route visit Brahmaputra valley, Buddha Sculpture made 11th century and Tibetan village etc.Arrive in Lhasa and check in the Hotel. For the rest of this afternoon.you can have a rest and then have a free sightseeing all by yourself. (No tour guide service today but the Tibetan guide will pick up you at Lhasa airport, please do not have violent physical activity.) 
Day 2:Lhasa Urban Full Day Self Tour
Lhasa urban tour attraction: Potala Palace (RMB100), Norbulingka - the Summer Palace (RMB60), Jokhang Temple (RMB70), Barkhor Street, Ramoche temple (RMB25), Drepung Monastery (RMB55) and Sera Monastery (RMB55) are all located in Lhasa urban, the taxi in Lhasa is also cheap, about RMB10 to anywhere urban, or the rickshaw at RMB3-7. Overnight in Lhasa.
Tips: If you are not interested in the Tibetan temple, one temple can make you an overall impression, and taking photography only outside of the others is a good solution. However, the Barkhor Street is worth visiting, it is the Tibetan market, the vendors sell Tibetan handcraft, souvenir and daily commodities for local people. (Meal and transportation excluded, we charge RMB200 extra if you prefer to follow a tour group with Chineses-speaking tour guide to Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.)
Day 3:Lhasa - Yangpachen (approximately 100km, at a elevation of 4200m)
In the Morning, drive to Yangpachen - the hot spring, see the Northern Tibet Grassland, and the Yangpachen geothermal power plant, after lunch drive to Nyainqentanglha, take photos and return to Yangpachen, enjoy the hot spring (about RMB30-50, cost excluded, the swimming suit is expensive here), back to  Lhasa, and tourists may see the night fair of Lhasa Barkhor Street, or taste the local food.. (B+L+D) (Namtso might be included in today"s plan,RMB 450 excluded)
Day 4:Shigatse  
Drive to Shigatse, en route visit Yamdrok Lake, Korala Glaciers, Transfer to Shigatse hotel.(B+L+D)
Day 5:Tashilhunpo Monastery  
Full day guided tour, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, Shigatse fair, after lunch visit the Lhokar - the Tibetan granary and see the local life, back Lhasa and transfer to hotel. (B+L+D)
Day 6:Back to Chengdu 
Depart from Lhasa to Chengdu by flight, end tour.
