According to latest rules published from Tibet Govt,the self tour(with TTB & tickets only) for foreign visitors are unavailable after 3.14 Lhasa Riot,all tours in Tibet have to be well arranged with guide,vehicle,hotel,etc.
To travel in Tibet, we also offer a lot kinds of Private tour or Join-in tour, you can choose from those.

Itinerary 1: Chongqing - Lhasa by plane
We provide permit+transport service for self-tour departing from Chongqing
Cost included:
1) One way flight ticket Chongqing - Lhasa
2) TTB Permit(only valid in Lhasa*)
3) Airport tax and fuel tax.
Cost excluded:
1) Transport from your hotel to Chongqing airport service
2) Any expenses in Lhasa
Intineray 2: Chongqing - Lhasa by train
We will get you TTB pemit and one-way train ticket Chengdu - Lhasa.
Cost included:
1) One way train ticket Chongqing - Lhasa
2) TTB Permit(only valid in Lhasa*)
Cost excluded:
1) Transport from you hotel to the railway station
2) any expenses in Lhasa
Book 10 days in advance of your departure.

1.The train ticket to Lhasa is rather hot so the price is much higher than the real regular price, hence the Self-tour to Lhasa by train is expensive too.
2.It's necessory for you to book the train tour at least 10 days in advance.The final price is subject to our confirmation.As the train ticket booking system is very unclear in China, it would be very difficult to get train ticket.Once you applied for this kind of tour, Dreams Travel will try best to satisfy the requests, but we are not able to promise or guarantee the availablity, even if you paid the deposit in advance.In this case, we would refund your deposit or recommend you to take flight to Lhasa instead of the train given that you would agree to pay the price difference.
