Itinerary

Beijing-Chengdu transfer to the Hotel, dinner, have a meeting, briefing on how their stay will be, introduce the TaiChi and ChiKung masters etc. overnight at the hotel in Mt. Qingcheng (Chengdu Airport-Mt.Qingcheng will 2.5 hours by express road)
Day 2:Morning practice, breakfast, rest, TaiChi or ChiKung Class,
lunch, rest evening practice, Try the Daoism vegetarian dinner(the first day is to be easy
because of the jet lag) overnight at the hotelin Mt.Qingcheng
Day 3:Morning practice, breakfast, rest, TaiChi or ChiKung Class,
lunch, Visit the Jianfu palace ,one Daoism temple, evening Practice, rest overnight at the retreat in Daoism temple.
Day 4: Morning practice, breakfast, rest, Visit Mt.Qingcheng Taoist city in the whole day, evening practice, try the Overnight in the retreatin Mt.Qingcheng
Day 5: Morning practice, breakfast, Visit the Dujiangyan Irrigation system
and rest, Lunch, back to Chengdu take the cooking class in the afternoon, evening practice, dinnerOver night in Chengdu.
Day 6: Morning practice, breakfast, Take the Massage Class in the morning, after lunch transfer to Leshan Giant Buddha by 2 hours express road and Visit Giant Buddha, evening practice, overnight in Mt.EMeiShan town or Baoguo temple(one Buddhism temple)
Day 7: Morning practice, breakfast, TaiChi or ChiKung class2 hours, rest, visit the Mt.Emeishan.evening practice, dinner go back to Chengdu. Overnight in Chengdu.
Day 8: Morning practice, breakfast, visit Dufu Thatched Cottage lunch,
continue visit, Massage Classevening practice, dinner. Overnight in Chengdu..
Day 9: Morning practice, breakfast, TaiChi or ChiKung class, rest,
Lunch, Cooking Class, evening practice, dinner. Overnight in Chengdu
Day 10: Morning practice, breakfast, transfer to airport,end the tour.
