Yunnan, known as” a colorful land”, has splendid mountains and turbulent rivers. The natural landscape is very attractive such as mounatians covered by snow all year round, the steep ravines, the dense primitive forests, the Karst stone forest and caves.
Stone forest: It is formed by the geological changes for about 100 million years.It is a large area composed of Big and small stone forests, Zhiyun cave and Dadieshui.
Lijiang: Located at the Northwest plateau of Yunan province, it is a tranquil and beautiful city. Lijiang ancient city listed as the cultural heritage and Yulong snow capped mountain are the most popular among people home and abroad.
Dali: a place with rich custom, Erhai, Changshan and Butterfly spring are known by many people.
Day1: Arrival in Kunming
Arrive in Kunming, the guide meet you at the airport then transfer to the Hotel. (D).
Day2: Kunming--Stone Forest-Kunming
Drive 90Km by road to the Stone Forest,the first wonder under heaven. ( B/L/D)
Day3: Kunming sightseeing
Visit the Western Hills with Dragon Gate built in 1781-1853AD. Visit the Golden Temple. (B/L/D)
Day4: Kunming--Dali
Take the morning flight to Dali city, visit the Three Towering Pagodas of Chongshen Monastry built in 836AD , cruise on Erhai Lake, enjoy Three Courses tea of Bai People, Bai People Show. Bai people Tie Dying Cloth with Wax, Bai Minorities Village with it traditional architecture courtyard at Xizhou Town. (B/L/D)
Day5: Dali--Lijiang
Drive about 180Km to Lijiang, visit the old town of Dayan .Black Dragon Pool. This evening enjoy the Naxi Classical Musical Show.( B/L/D)
Day6: Lijiang sightseeing
Lijiang visit the Naxi Village, The Baisha Murals and the 600 year old Ten Thousand Blossom Camellia Tree at the Yufeng Lama Temple. Travel to the Dragon Spruce Meadow of Snow Covered Yulong Mountain ( the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ) by cable car.( B/L/D)
Day7: Lijiang--Kunming
Fly back to Kunming, visit the Kunming International Horticulture Garden.( B/L/D)
Day8: Kunming Departure
Take the morning flight to leave Yunnan, the colorful land, end your tour.
