This tour has been organized since 2001, from then on now thousand of tourists have enjoyed this excellent tour. An overland tour throughout Ganzi and Aba Tibetan area with the gradually increasing elevation makes you adapt plateau easily, which keeps the tourists in good mood to appreciate the Tibetan plateau scenery. Visitors have a chance to touch the culture and life style of Gyarong and Khampa Tibetan minorities while visiting a tibetan family.Thousand-year-old Watchtowers in Danba are always famous attractions throughout the world. Scenic spots: Mt. Siguniang, Danba, Tagong Grassland, Tibetan lifestyle, Xinduqiao Bridge, Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park, China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda (CCRCGP) in Wolong Nature Reserve.
Day1:Chengdu-Wolong-Rilong
Dep at morning,Via Wolong panda base,visit panda base,the drive to Rilong, Overnight in Rilong county.
Day 2:Rilong-Changpinggou Horse riding-Rilong
After breakfast, transfer to Changpinggou valley after breakfast, tourists may visit this valley by trekking or horse-riding, you can see the four peaks of Mt. Siguniang and virgin forest, tourists should prepare some food. Overnight in Rilong town.
Horse-riding cost: Depending on your riding distance, Start point to Erdaoping - RMB50, Xiaganhaizi - RMB100, Lianghekou - RMB150, you can negotiate with the horse owner, the price is calculated for round trip.
Day3 Rilong-Danba
After breakfast, visit Shuangqiao gorge,then drive to Danba, around 4hours driving. Visit Danban Jiaju Tibetan village, touch the local tibetans lifestyle, Overnight in Danba county.
Day 4:Danba-Xinduqiao
After breakfast, driving to Xinduqiao. En route enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of Bamei and Tagong grassland. Overnight in Xinduqiao
Day 5: Xinduqiao-Kangding-Hailuogou
After breakfast, Sightseeing at Xinduqiao which is famous for the naturally scenery. Cross Mt. Zheduo at an elevation of 4300m, and arrive in Kangding for lunch then have a self city tour of Kangding-the City of Love Song. Continue driving to Hailuogou and overnight at Moxi town.
Day 6:Hailuogou Glacier one-day tour
Glacier one-day tour, overnight in Moxi town.
After breakfast, drive to Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park, if you prefer to see the spectacular view of the glacier, you can catch the ropeway to the top (RMB160 for a round trip, cost excluded), then drive to camp 2, enjoy the hot spring, after that, drive back to Moxi town.
Day 7: Back to Chengdu.
After breakfast,go back Chengdu , end tour.

Notes:
1.The temperature varies greatly and sunshine can be very strong, please bring jackets, sunburn cream, medicine for altitude sickness etc.
2.As we travel in Tibet area where the economy much more backward than other place, the diversity food is limited,so we suggest you order food by yourself or take some solid food.Most of local restaurant only can offer the simple Sichuan and Tibetan Dish.
3.The price is just for 1 bed in a standard room, if you want to occupy a whole room you should pay the single supplement for the other bed.
4.For avoiding the altitude sickness, please don`t do violent exercises, drink more water and rest as much as possible after sightseeing.
5.We suggest you don`t go outside of your hotel during the night.
6.Most of the time you will enjoy the beautiful views in the car, and the driving hours are very long in this tour.
7.Tourists should take the high plateau altitude into consideration, if unexpected accident(injury, death etc.) happen, the Insurance Company will compensate according to the regulations not our company.
8.Aba and Ganzi prefecture is short of water, some hotels can not provide enough hot water for bathing but you won have problems in cleaning your mouth and face.
9.Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room.
10.Prices and Itinerary are valid 2008, but may vary according to your travel time and tour availability (e.g.: China special events time such as F1, Canton fair; Chinese holiday periods: April 30th - May 7th, Sep 30th to Oct 7th, and Chinese New Year period which usually falls in January and Olympiad games.)
